Data controller

Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Artun (GrowthMadre), Urla, İzmir, Türkiye. For any data-related request, write to artun@hektera.com.

What I process, and why

Only the following personal data is processed on this site:

• Contact form: your name, business or website, phone number, monthly ad budget range and message. Purpose: evaluating and responding to your request. Legal basis: the consent you give when submitting, and the pre-contractual steps of a potential service relationship (KVKK art. 5/2-c). Submissions are not stored in a database; they are delivered by email.
• Newsletter: your email address, processed solely to send the newsletter and based on your explicit consent. You can unsubscribe instantly via the link in every issue.
• Technical records: the site is hosted on Vercel; technical data such as IP addresses may be kept in short-lived server logs for security and service delivery.

Cookies and measurement

Measurement and advertising cookies are off by default when you arrive (Google Consent Mode v2). A banner offers equally visible "Accept" and "Reject" choices; if you reject, no measurement cookie is set and the site keeps working fully. Cookies and records used:

• gm-consent (localStorage): remembers your cookie choice. Contains no personal data; persists until you clear browser data.
• _ga and _ga_* (cookies, ~2 years): only with your consent, used by Google Analytics 4 for page view and interaction statistics.
• Google tags (GTM): with your consent, used for conversion measurement (e.g. clicks on the WhatsApp button).

Data transfers

Your personal data is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing. Transfers are limited to what the service requires: form and newsletter emails are delivered via Resend (US); with your consent, measurement data is processed on Google (US) servers; the site is hosted on Vercel (US/EU). As these providers operate servers abroad, transfers fall under KVKK art. 9 and are limited to service delivery.

Retention

Form messages are kept in the mailbox until your request is resolved and a reasonable follow-up period has passed. Your newsletter subscription lasts until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept as aggregate statistics within Google Analytics retention settings. Data is deleted once the purpose no longer applies.

Your rights under KVKK art. 11

You may at any time request:

• To learn whether your personal data is processed, and information about it if so
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
• To know the third parties to whom data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
• Correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
• Deletion or destruction of data under KVKK art. 7
• Notification of corrections and deletions to third parties that received the data
• To object to a result against you produced exclusively by automated analysis
• Compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing

How to apply

Send requests about your rights to artun@hektera.com with the subject "KVKK request". Applications are resolved free of charge within 30 days at the latest. This notice may be updated when needed; the current version is always published on this page.
